the Jake Armerding CSA.
This form serves as the official investment application for Truth + Beauty Fund CSA 2012.

The Truth + Beauty Fund is a way to invest in the music of Jake Armerding. Jake created the fund in 2008 to help subsidize the recording sessions for his fifth album, Her. There was a huge response, with investments eventually topping $5,000. The high quality of the recording and performances is largely due to fan support.
